An ideal course for flight attendants and flight attendants in training who need to become familiar with the different scenarios encountered in the day to day of a cabin crew.
Everything, from the recruitment process to in-flight service: greeting passengers and boarding to landing and layover.
Special emphasis highlighting the differences between British and American English as it pertains to the job-functions.
Practices cover several scenarios, such as meal service, dealing with difficult passengers, and responding to complaints, all with realistic listening extracts that source out the industry’s technical vocabulary in authentic use.
